Submit your REXUS/BEXUS Experiment Proposal

Deadline to submit the proposal: 13 October 2025, 23:59 CEST

Submit your Experiment Proposal Form and Letter(s) of Endorsement. The documents shall be uploaded as separate files in pdf format. No additional information/description is needed.

Focus on presenting a clear concept, realistic goals, and alignment with your team’s capabilities.

ALL the team members shall register on the ESA Learning Management Platform
ONLY the Team Leader submits the Experiment Proposal and the Letter(s) of Endorsement

Notes:

To upload files, chose to "Create" a Submission. Then you will see an option to "Add some text or to attach a file". All required files can be uploaded separately in the same Submission.
To submit your submission, click the "Create" button again. Modifications of your Submission are possible until the deadline.
We are not able to see proposals that are saved with the "Save draft" option. If you create a draft version, make sure to "Submit" it before the deadline. A corresponding button will appear after saving the draft.
NO email confirmation or notification is sent from the system; but no worry once you have uploaded files and "Create" your Submission, we have received your proposal!
If you want to check on your side if all files are uploaded correctly, you can log-out of the E-Learning platform and log in again. If you then still see the files in your Submission, all is correct.
The "Not assessed" field indicates that your proposal has not been yet reviewed by the review panel. Information about the pre-selection results/invitation to the selection workshop will be available in November 2025.
