Submit your Test Proposal, Endorsement Letter and Funding Letter in a pdf format and as three separate documents.

ONLY the Team Leader, or someone on their behalf, submits the Test Proposal, Endorsement Letter and Funding Letter.

How to submit your proposal:

To upload files, choose to "Create" a Submission. Then you will see an option to "Add some text or to attach a file".
Press the "Upload File" paperclip button and attach your files. All required files can be uploaded separately in the same Submission.
To submit your files, click the "Create" button again. Modifications of your Submission are possible until the deadline.

Endorsement letter
PDF file name: “Test-Opportunities_Proposal_TeamName_endorsement-letter”
We are not able to see proposals that are saved with the "Save draft" option. If you create a draft version, make sure to "Submit" it before the deadline. A corresponding button will appear after saving the draft.
NO email confirmation or notification is sent from the system; but no worry once you have uploaded files and "Create" your Submission, we have received your proposal!

If you want to check on your side if all files are uploaded correctly, you can log-out of the E-Learning platform and log in again. If you then still see the files in your Submission, all is correct.
